At Get Active Coaching, we believe exercise is the gateway to improving your health and wellbeing. Our Weightlifting Club is specifically designed to help you build strength, confidence and longevity by combining a structured and progressive strength training programme with the support of our growing community. 

Why our members love the Weightlifting Club:


Each class is capped at 10 people to allow us to keep the feel of a personal training session with the support of a group fitness class.

Progressive and structured training programme designed to help you build confidence and strength, whilst going at your own pace.

Coach led sessions so even if you are a complete beginner, you feel part of the community and have the opportunity to learn and grow.

Private WhatsApp group to be a part of the community and share advice and support as you progress within each training block.

Member exclusive discounts to new programmes, workshops and services!
