Get Active Coaching CIC was founded in 2020 by our Chief Exercise Officer, Martin with one single focus; help more people in Renfrewshire get active.

Get Active Coaching are set up to provide a holistic approach to physical activity by offering multi-generational services including our revolutionary Lifestyle Coaching Programme, Community Multi Sport Clubs, School Holiday Sport Camps as well as partnership work with local youth and community groups.

Lifestyle Coaching Programme

BUILD STRENGTH, CONFIDENCE & LONGEVITY!

That’s what our Lifestyle Coaching Programme is all about. From day one, we get to know you so that we can create and implement a training programme specific to your goals and ability. From here, we support you to implement positive behaviours using our “Get Active Blueprint” framework so that you can get amazing results in as little as 3 months!

Weightlifting Club

Our weightlifting club is a beginner friendly class programme set up to help you join a community of like-minded people to build strength and confidence.

Each class provides the structure and guidance of a personal training session with the community feel of an exercise class.

Each session is programmed as part of the 3 month block and designed to put you in the drivers seat. You are in complete control of progressing your weights, tracking your progress and getting the most out of each session.

Community Sport Programme

At the heart of our organisation is helping children and young people engage positively with sport. We use the investments into our organisation through our services alongside successful funding applications to grow our community sport to reach areas with barriers to exercise.
