This programme is set up as a gateway programme to help more people engage with physical activity.
It has been developed around our current remote coaching membership with a focus on helping you implement exercise into your routine.
With this programme you’ll get:
3x Home workouts sent straight to your phone each week
Private group to help you stay motivated and accountable
Catch up meeting at the start, middle and end of your journey to answer any queries you may have.
The opportunity to implement strategies to exercise around your current busy life.
The programme will start on Monday 24th July for 6 weeks.
