6pm start at Paisley Rugby Club (grass pitches)
This is our flagship class! It uses the training method of interval training to keep your heart rate high throughout the class. Although the class is only 30 minutes, you will be moving for the full 30 minutes! It is perfect for all ages and abilities as it is all bodyweight exercises performed for short periods of work followed by shorter periods of rest. It’s a great class to get you moving at your own pace, in a fun, encouraging environment.
