Move It Mondays are all about getting active! In this class you can expect to be put through your paces using a variety of different training methods and exercises. Each session will be different from the last and use different training styles such as HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), EMOM (Every Minute On the Minute), AMRAP (As Many Rounds As Possible), Circuits and a whole lot more. The idea is to keep each session fresh, engaging and challenging as we exercise. The best part? There is no pressure to complete each exercise. Take part at your level and simply move!
