Online coaching is great- you can just fit in the sessions when it’s good for you. For me, far better than travelling to the gym on set days when it mightn’t be possible.
Tailored exercises for your need and focus but challenging too for great results.
Martin listens to you as to what you want to get from the coaching so you’re not put off before you start , is always available for advice -and is super encouraging and positive!
