Our circuit class combines bodyweight and weighted movements to get you moving. We prioritize foundational exercises such as squats, presses, pulls and hinges (with a few cardio based movements thrown in to keep your heart rate going).

Each exercise is designed to challenge you. However, if you find that the weighted exercise is too difficult for you just now, we have a bodyweight equivalent so you can continue to be involved and get active!
