What is the partnership?

Who Cares? Scotland are running a digital festival on Friday 29th – Sunday 31st May. It will host numerous activities and events for their members to get involved with. We have been commissioned to run a series of videos that will cover a variety of topics such as nutrition, exercise and wellbeing with the overall theme being the promotion of health and wellbeing. We will be running 4 videos next week in the run up to the festival as a way for us to introduce what we are offering and get some intrigue going – we will throw in a couple of taster workouts for you all to try as well.
Following this, we will be running 3 main workouts during the day to help get people more active, have a bit of fun whilst doing so. In these vidoes we will provide some hints and tips on how to lead a healthier, happier, active lifestyle through exercise on a day to day basis. In the late afternoons of the festival we will be delivering our bespoke Calisthenics classes. these classes are designed to give young people and families and opportunity to experience a different form of exercise that will get them moving, having fun and mastering bodyweight exercises in no time!
This is an excellent opportunity for us to be apart of. We cannot wait to start releasing some of our videos next week starting on Monday 25th May.
